WHAT I AM WATCHING

Projectors push out images from smaller devices onto larger screens. When such expansions happen, there is bound to be a drop-in quality, or is there? The kind of projector you need depends largely upon what you want to display, is it some 4K UHD movie clips and videos? If so, take a look at the higher resolution projectors with an optimal contrast ratio that will match your content! Or will it mainly be used for Powerpoint presentations and data? If so, you’ll probably not need the highest resolutions, but will need to consider the brightness as most of the time your audience will need to be making notes/working whilst viewing.

However, projectors come in a variety of aspects ratios, from 4:3 displays to cinema-scope 22:9 ultra-wide. Once again, it’s best to start by considering your source and content, if it’s coming from a PC or a Laptop, it’s most likely 16:9 (widescreen), although computer manufacturers are constantly pushing and upgrading resolutions and aspects to deliver the best user experience.
