Unmatched LED lifetime

Barco’s unique cooling system significantly reduces the temperature of the LEDs. This not only prolongs the lifetime of the LEDs (>80,000 hrs), but also allows for durably higher brightness levels. The long LED lifetime guarantees great uptime and very low overhead costs. The latest LED technology ensures that power consumption is 30% lower than comparable products.

Comfortable viewing experience

To ensure good wall uniformity in terms of color and brightness levels, the OverView MVL-721 comes with Barco’s Sense⁵ automatic calibration system. This system works with an advanced color sensor that continuously measures the primary color levels of the entire wall, and adjusts white point and color when needed. This results in a significantly more accurate cube to cube uniformity, over the complete runtime. Furthermore, the module’s robust structure makes the OverView MVL-721 suitable for use in industrial environments.

Displaying the sharpest and most saturated colors in full HD resolution (1920×1080), the OverView OL-521 offers an ergonomically excellent viewing experience. The availability of alternative screen types makes sure you can adjust the video wall to your specific needs in terms of viewing angle and brightness.

OverView OL series video walls come with Sense⁶, Barco’s unique sensor technology that provides brightness and color stability over time and across the entire display. Sense⁶ continuously measures brightness and color by means of a high-quality spectrometer and adjusts the color space to provide an image that is most convenient for the human eye. This means that no maintenance or manual adjustments are needed. The colors can also be adjusted to the very specific needs of TV cameras, making the OverView OL series suitable for backdrop applications.
